Author note: This blog post style is trying something new. Instead of trying to write long-winded about a subject I’ve researched, I wanted to give a real-time reaction to something I just have read.

These micro-blogs will be much less formal and may contain social / political commentary. The goal is for these to serve as an online bookmark for things I find interesting and my opinion on them.

Things are changing so rapidly, developers are coding faster than ever. However, security doesn’t change, and speed cannot negate that fact.

I’ve increasingly been impressed at what capabilities have emerged from these systems over the last 1-2 years. I’m also horrified. These agents don’t have responsibility and consequence for their actions either. Us humans will still be left to hold the bag when all is said and done.

All that said, I do really enjoy projects like NemoClaw & Open Terminal. Such projects make the prospect of running an autnomous agent safer for the average person.
